With recent advances in Russia’s remote viewing experiments, coupled with
the measured use of their new designer drug C-9, operatives now locate their
targets by entering their dreams. Tracers, the highly trained mercenaries of
the Russian mafia, have appropriated this psychic technology to their own ends.
A former gunrunner's past catches up to him when his nocturnal dreams take
on form and new meaning in his daytime life when a tracer starts tracking him.
